About Pipers Corner School
Pipers Corner School is an independent day school for girls, set close to High Wycombe. Founded in London in 1930, the school operates as a charitable trust and is overseen by a board of governors. It is organised into three sections — a pre-prep, a prep school, and a senior school — with the pre-prep housed in its own building on the school campus. The school places equal value on personal development and academic achievement, aiming to know each pupil as an individual and to identify and nurture her particular talents and strengths. It seeks to build a community rooted in Christian values, tolerance, and service, while encouraging respect for the beliefs of others. Strong partnerships with families and the wider community are an important part of school life. Pupils come mainly from professional and business families in the local area. The school is committed to supporting every pupil, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities such as dyslexia and dyspraxia, through classroom support or additional specialist help where needed.
