About Grange Park Preparatory School

Grange Park Preparatory School is an independent day school for boys and girls aged between 3 and 11 years. Founded in 1924, the school has been governed by the Inspired Learning Group Ltd since September 2018. The school is spread across two buildings on site, with the nursery, lower school and upper school each having their own dedicated space. There is one class per year group, with the exception of the nursery, where there are two. The school aims to provide pupils with a purposeful learning environment and a broad and balanced curriculum, giving every child an equal opportunity to reach their full potential. Pupils are known as individuals and nurtured within a community where they can grow into happy, proactive learners and compassionate, confident citizens. Pupils come from a range of professional backgrounds and mostly live within an 8-mile radius of the school. The school supports those with special educational needs and disabilities, as well as those for whom English is an additional language, ensuring every pupil is well looked after. The curriculum is also thoughtfully adapted for the most able pupils and for those with particular talents in sport, music, dance and drama.
