About Francis Holland School, Sloane Square
Francis Holland School, Sloane Square is an independent girls' school that aims to prepare its pupils for higher education and adult life. It offers a challenging and stimulating curriculum within a friendly, supportive and caring environment, grounded in a Christian ethos. The school places great importance on valuing every individual and nurturing personal development, with the goal that girls leave with a genuine enthusiasm for learning, self-confidence, resilience, respect for others and a sense of responsibility towards the wider community. The school welcomes girls from a variety of religious denominations and nationalities, and from families with professional and business backgrounds. Pupils join at different stages, from reception through to the sixth form. The school has a dedicated learning support department in place, and provides additional specialist help for a number of pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities. Classroom teachers also support the needs of pupils for whom English is an additional language.

Pupils in years 7-10 are issued with a Yondr pouch to securely lock their mobile phones away on arrival to school. Mobile phones remain locked away for the duration of the school day. Year 11 and sixth form may use mobile phones only in their year group areas at break or lunchtimes.
