About Dulwich Prep & Senior

Dulwich Prep London is an independent day school for boys aged three to thirteen, with girls also welcomed in the Nursery. Founded in 1885, the school has its own board of governors and operates independently, while forming part of the Dulwich Preparatory Schools Trust. The school is home to a diverse community of pupils, the majority of whom live within 15 miles of the school. The school aims to sow the seeds of possibility in the mind, heart and spirit of every pupil, nurturing the right conditions for those possibilities to grow. It seeks to challenge all pupils in their pursuit of excellence, helping them to develop into responsible, environmentally aware global citizens, while placing their well-being and happiness at the heart of everything it does. The school has invested in a range of new facilities, including a science block with laboratories, design and technology provision, and cookery suites, as well as counselling facilities and a dedicated skills and strategy department. Sports changing facilities and the main auditorium have also been refurbished. A digital learning programme provides every pupil with their own electronic device, and pupils have the option to stay after school for supper, homework, and supervised activities.
