About Quinton House School
Quinton House School is an independent, co-educational day school in Northampton, founded in 1946. Part of the Cognita group of schools, the school offers education from nursery age through to sixth form, with the nursery welcoming children from one term before their third birthday and the sixth form based in dedicated accommodation on site. The school is committed to supporting each pupil as an individual, nurturing academic and character development alongside a curiosity and wider cultural understanding. Its aim is to inspire a genuine love of learning that lasts a lifetime, and to help pupils appreciate their responsibilities both locally and on a broader, global scale. Pupils come from a range of professional and business family backgrounds, typically living within a 20-mile radius of the school. The school welcomes pupils of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those for whom English is an additional language, ensuring appropriate support is in place for all. The most able pupils and those with particular talents also benefit from a tailored and enriched curriculum.
