About Dair House School
Dair House School is an independent co-educational day school for pupils aged 3 to 11, founded in 1932 and run as a charitable trust by a board of governors. The school is organised into three sections: Early Years Foundation Stage, Years 1 to 2, and Years 3 to 6. The school aims to provide a nurturing environment where pupils develop a love of learning alongside values of kindness, truthfulness, resilience, happiness and tolerance. It seeks to help every child achieve their potential and build the confidence and skills they need for the next stage of their education. Pupils come from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, largely from professional and business families living within 15 miles of the school. The school supports pupils with a variety of needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities such as dyslexia and dyspraxia, and adapts its curriculum to suit pupils across the ability range.
