About Bablake School
Bablake Junior School and Bablake and King Henry VIII Pre-Prep School together form an independent co-educational day school, part of the Coventry School Foundation, a registered charity. The pre-prep is situated on a separate site a short distance from the main junior school. The school aims to provide a stimulating education that develops character, intellect and physical wellbeing within a happy, hardworking and caring community. Pupils come predominantly from a wide variety of business and professional families in Coventry and the surrounding towns. The school welcomes children with a range of needs, including those requiring support for special educational needs and/or disabilities, and has a number of pupils for whom English is an additional language, most of whom need no additional language support. The curriculum is thoughtfully adapted for the most able pupils and for those with particular talents in areas such as art, music, drama, technology and sport.
